Expand the tactical possibilities of your Leaders base game with The Vermillion Emperor! This exciting expansion introduces four completely new characters and one brand-new Leader, adding fresh layers of strategy, movement, and sabotage to the acclaimed game of hidden identities and deduction.

The Hook: Game-Changing New Abilities

The Vermillion Emperor shakes up the battlefield by introducing powerful new abilities that can instantly turn the tide of a match. Players will need to master new spatial challenges, from cross-board assassinations to magical transformations.

Meet the New Characters:

• The Sniper (Passive): A deadly ranged threat. At the start of their turn, the Sniper can capture the opponent's Leader from three or more spaces away in a straight line—even if the Leader is not visible!
• The Shaman (Active): A master of disruption. The Shaman can transform any visible non-Leader character into a harmless Frog until the end of the opponent's turn. The Frog cannot help capture a Leader, though it can hop through spaces occupied by other characters.
• The Tactician (Active): A strategic mastermind. If any ally is adjacent to the opponent's Leader, the Tactician can command any non-Leader ally to move one space, helping to spring traps or block escapes.
• The Will-O'-The-Wisp (Special): The ultimate maneuverability. This character can instantly move to any empty space on the entire game board, though it cannot help capture the opponent's Leader.

• Expert Mode: The expansion introduces a highly replayable Expert Mode where players randomly remove four characters from the combined draft pool (base game + expansion) before the game begins, ensuring you can never perfectly predict the available roster.
• Seamless Integration: Simply shuffle the 4 new character cards into the 16 cards from your base game during setup for an instantly refreshed experience.
