Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from this website. It is compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us within this period.
We voluntarily offer an extended return window of 30 days, as set out below.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return under this policy:
- the item must be in the same condition as received,
- unused and in its original packaging,
- and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
