Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your new board games to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Here’s how our shipping works:

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (one working day), provided all items are in stock.
"Working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays.
Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you via email to let you know the expected dispatch date.

All our orders are sent using either Royal Mails or DPD's 48-Hour tracked service.
Please note: The 48-hour (2-working day) delivery window begins after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been packed and collected from our warehouse, our system will send you an automatic dispatch notification email.
This email will contain your packing list (so you know what's in the box) and your tracking details.
Using these tracking details, you can follow your parcel's journey and manage your delivery directly on either the Royal Mail or DPD website or app. This gives you the flexibility to:
- Change the delivery date
- Arrange for delivery to a neighbour
- Nominate a "safe place" for your parcel to be left

We've kept our shipping costs simple and clear:

Minimum Order: Please note that we have a minimum order value of £20.00.
Standard Shipping: For orders between £20.00 and £59.99, shipping is a flat rate of £5.00.
Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all orders of £60.00 or more.
