In Compress, you are the rulemaster!

"Compress" is a brilliantly clever logic and memory game where you must use a hand of just eight cards to "take notes" about a rapidly growing sequence of numbered cards. Whether you narrowly miss the mark or experience the mental rush of successfully clearing your goal, it is a game that makes you want to challenge yourself over and over again.

The Challenge

The game revolves around simple sequences of binary numbers: "0, 1, 1, 0, 0..." Your task is to "record" these sequences as they expand by arranging your cards on the table. However, you only have 8 "note cards" to act as hints.

As the sequence grows longer, you have to flex your brainwaves and condense the information.

Invent Your Own Code

How you take notes is entirely up to you! The minimalist components feature either the number 0 or 1 on a white or black background. You create your own recording rules to keep track of the ever-expanding sequence. For example:

• "A black 0 card represents two consecutive 0s."

• "Placing a white 1 card sideways represents 1, 0."

• Hide cards under other cards, use the numbers in the corners, or even utilize the double-sided penalty cards to condense your sequence further.

There are infinite ways you can take notes and succeed. Everyone's brain works differently—how will you build your code?
