In Bella Vista, you take on the role of an architect striving to offer your residents the best possible view of the city’s parks. But you aren't the only one with blueprints—rival architects are eyeing the same prime real estate!

How to Play

To win, you must construct buildings of eight different heights, always aiming to be the tallest in the neighbourhood to score the most points.

1. Find the Perfect Location You must place your buildings strategically to meet City Hall’s strict requirements and complete your secret objectives.

• The Park View: Buildings must be placed to overlook the parks.

• The Height War: Taller buildings block the view of smaller ones. You need to outmanoeuvre your opponents vertically!

2. Manage the Turn Order The best spots go to the highest bidder.

• Choose your place in the turn order wisely.

• Be ready to pay a high price if you want to be the first to build, or save your resources and take what is left.

3. Claim Victory The game ends once you have constructed all eight of your buildings. The architect who has managed their budget and their skyline the best will be the richest and claim victory!
